HCA strives to make the admissions process simple for all applicants. Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions. Will you mail me some general information about the school?
All of the information you will need is on the website, however, we will be delighted to mail you application forms. Please send an inquiry to info@harvesteracademy.com with your contact information and we will mail you an informational brochure.
How long is the admissions process?
The entire admission process takes at least (10) – (15) business days. Your student’s admission will be handled in a timely manner.
How do I begin the admissions process?
A student will be considered in process when the following items are received:
Additionally, students will be required to take an entrance test. An interview will be scheduled after the Confidential Church Leader’s Recommendation has been received.
How will I know if we’ve been accepted?
You will be notified by a letter of acceptance. At that time you will be required to submit the following within (10) days:
Where can I find copies of the forms necessary to apply?
Forms can be found on this website. Please click on the Admissions tab and choose the “Forms” link from the drop down menu. Also, you can pick up paper copies of all forms at the school office during regular business hours.
Do you offer multiple child discounts?
Yes. The second child receives a 5% tuition discount and the third or more children will receive a 10% tuition discount.
Do you offer financial aid?
Yes. The deadline to apply for financial aid is June 1st. This must be done online at FFNA1.com requesting a “fastback” assessment (the charge is $40.00). The Harvester Christian Academy school number is 1862. All financial aid recipients are required to attend a Biblical seminar on finances. If financial aid is granted, no other discounts will be given. If you have further questions about financial aid, please contact the school office.
