Admission Process For New Students:

The entire admission process takes at least ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days.  Your student’s admission will be handled in a timely manner.

1. A Student will be considered in process for admission when the following items are received:

a)  Completed Application
b)  **Enrollment Deposit of $200 (full enrollment fee if after June 1st)
c)  Signed Enrollment Contract
d)  Signed Parental Covenant
e)  Signed Release of Records
f)  Copies of report cards and standardized yearly test results from previous two academic years – unofficial copies.  Official school copies will be requested by HCA.

2. ENTRANCE TEST:  Once all admission paperwork has been received, an entrance test will be scheduled.   This applies to all students in grades K4 through 12th grade. (The majority of student testing takes place betrween April 15 and June 6, therefore, students must be available for testing during this time.  For applications received after June 1, students must be available for testing within ten days.)

3. HEADMASTER/PRINCIPAL INTERVIEW – Once testing has been completed, we will schedule an interview for the paents with the Headmaster or the Elementary Principal.  At the middle and high school levels, the student will be included in this interview.
   
   
4. If your child is accepted, you will be notified by letter of their acceptance.*
   
   
5. Acceptance is contingent upon receipt of the following within ten (10) days of notification of acceptance. Your child will not be officially enrolled until these are received. If you have any further questions, please call the HCA office at (770) 942-1583.
   
   a) A copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate
   b) Church Leader Recommendation
   c) Current, up-to-date Georgia Form 3231 for Immunizations
   d) Remainder of enrollment fees**

   *It is Harvester’s policy not to accept applicants who have an unpaid account with another private school.
   
**At no time are enrollment fees refundable.
